This hotel provided us with an exceptional romantic escape! the view from the room was breathtaking; being next to the river was so peaceful, and the grounds were immaculate. the room was clean, cosy, and charmingly decorated, plus it had a balcony from which we could watch the sunset over the mountains. the food was beyond our expectations, with a huge selection of regional dishes and a wonderful breakfast buffet.
Honestly, we could not find anything negative to say about this hotel. the only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but we were there to disconnect from the world anyway, so it didn't bother us too much.

Enjoyed tea and coffee in the bar, comfortable rooms, and everything was prepared for our trip; within walking distance to attractions like van vihar.

The hotel's location on the river side offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The room was clean, and the hotel amenities met my needs. I had no trouble finding parking on the hotel, and the staff was accommodating. In the mornings, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast while taking in the scenic Beas river.
There was nothing I didn't like.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the cozy room. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the snow-covered trees outside our window. The hotel had easy access to local attractions and we were able to take part in several winter activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to provide us with recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment.
The food quality was not up to par with the high prices, and we often found ourselves having to venture out for meals. the hotel lacked adequate soundproofing, leading to a lot of noise disturbance at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location alone is worth mentioning. This place is situated right by the river, providing us with breathtaking views of the valley. We loved listening to the sound of the flowing water, it was so serene and peaceful. The hotel also offers great services such as 24-hour room service, car hire, and laundry, making our stay even more comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from a smiling manager at the reception to the one who picked up our luggage. Their attention to detail and impeccable service truly made our stay memorable. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends and family.

The resort is a perfect location for those who enjoy staying by the riverside. the sound of Beas river adds to the charm, while the snow, capped mountains give a stunning view from the room's balcony. the rooms are cozy and well, equipped with modern bathrooms. the staff offers a great service and accommodates guests' needs. the breakfast is a good spread with an option to dine, in near the river and enjoy the scenic beauty. the resort also has facilities such as a garden, gymnasium, and in, house spa to add to the overall experience.
The hotel lacks transport facilities for its guests to travel to and from nearby towns and attractions.
